Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Idea Travel website and the purchase of travel services provided by Idea Travel, operated by Travel Trend ("we", "us", "our"). By making an enquiry, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will be the version that applies to your contract with us.

To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. By booking on behalf of others in your group, you accept these Terms on their behalf and take responsibility for ensuring they are aware of and agree to them.

All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking. A contract between you and Idea Travel (By Travel Trend) only comes into existence when we issue a written booking confirmation and any required deposit payment has cleared.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all traveller details provided at the time of booking are accurate. Idea Travel cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

All prices quoted are in the currency stated at the time of quotation and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Deposit

A deposit (as specified in your booking confirmation) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the departure date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payment

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Price changes after confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed, prices are fixed except in the rare case of significant currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes, or other exceptional cost increases. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the increase exceeds 10% of the total booking price, you will have the right to cancel with a full refund of any payments made.

Idea Travel (By Travel Trend) is responsible for:

• Arranging and coordinating the services included in your confirmed itinerary
• Selecting reputable local suppliers and transport operators
• Providing accurate pre-departure information and support
• Being available via WhatsApp and email throughout your trip for assistance

We act as an organiser of travel experiences and work with local guides, hotels, transport operators, and other third-party suppliers. While we carefully select all partners, we cannot be held liable for the independent acts or omissions of these third parties where they are beyond our reasonable control.

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond your trip dates) and all required visas
• Ensuring you are medically fit to participate in the activities included in your itinerary
• Disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility requirements at the time of booking
• Behaving in a manner that does not endanger yourself, fellow travellers, or our staff
• Respecting local laws, customs, and cultural norms while in Egypt
• Arranging appropriate travel insurance prior to departure (strongly recommended)

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss of baggage. Idea Travel accepts no responsibility for costs arising from failure to hold adequate insurance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idea Travel (By Travel Trend) and Travel Trend shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
• The acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers
• Any indirect, consequential, or economic losses
• Loss of enjoyment, disappointment, or distress, except where directly caused by our negligence

Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the services in question, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where no such cap applies.

All content on the Idea Travel website — including text, photographs, itineraries, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Idea Travel (By Travel Trend) or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Photographs or videos taken during our tours remain the property of the individual traveller. By sharing content featuring Idea Travel's branding, guides, or services publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to share such content on our own marketing channels (we will always credit you).

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
